By accessing or using iBostreaming's website (ibostreaming.com), customer panel (panel.ibostreaming.com), or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and iBostreaming. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use our service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

iBostreaming is a licensed IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) reseller. We provide:

• ●Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) data for channel scheduling
• ●Access credentials (username, password, server URL) for use with compatible IPTV player applications

iBostreaming does not host, store, or transmit any content directly. We act as a reseller of licensed IPTV access provided by our upstream content providers. All content is delivered by our provider network in compliance with applicable licensing agreements.

To use our service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• ●Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• ●All activity that occurs under your account
• ●Notifying us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access
• ●Keeping your contact email address up to date

You may not share, transfer, resell, or sublicense your account credentials to any third party. Each subscription is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Violation of this restriction may result in immediate account termination without refund.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• ●Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of our technical infrastructure

We reserve the right to monitor usage for compliance with these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate them.

The iBostreaming website, logo, branding, and all original content created by us are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of our website or materials without express written permission.

The television channels, movies, series, and other media content accessible through our service remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. iBostreaming is a licensed reseller and does not claim ownership of any content delivered through the service.

We aim to provide a 99.9% uptime service. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• ●Scheduled maintenance (we aim to conduct this during off-peak hours)
• ●Unplanned technical issues with our server infrastructure
• ●Third-party outages beyond our control (network providers, upstream content providers)
• ●Force majeure events

In the event of extended outages (more than 48 consecutive hours), we will provide proportional service extensions or partial refunds at our discretion. Contact [email protected] to report extended outages.

To cancel your subscription, simply allow it to expire — there is no cancellation required as subscriptions do not auto-renew. If you wish to request a refund within the 14-day guarantee period, contact [email protected].

Our service is available in 150+ countries. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the laws of your country of residence. We make no representation that the service is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

Some content within our channel lineup may be subject to geographic restrictions imposed by content rights holders. iBostreaming is not responsible for content unavailability due to regional licensing restrictions applied by upstream providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iBostreaming and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• ●Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• ●Loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill
• ●Service interruptions or downtime
• ●Content quality variations or temporary stream unavailability
• ●Any losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that: - The service will meet your specific requirements - The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free - Any content will be accurate, complete, or up to date - Any defects will be corrected

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for cross-border disputes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination for breach of Terms, no refund will be issued. Upon termination by us without cause, a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of your subscription will be issued.

You may stop using the service at any time. Subscriptions are not automatically cancelled — they simply expire at the end of the paid period.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at ibostreaming.com/terms.

Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
