Refund requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after the original payment date are not eligible.
Account sharing violations

Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same plan twice, contact us immediately and we will cancel and refund the duplicate charge.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team, and a direct refund is processed faster than a chargeback dispute.
